Driving innovation through salary support

The Friends of Mater Foundation has funded North Sydney Orthopaedic Research Groups' (NSORG) clinical research coordinator since 2015, significantly boosting their research capabilities. In 2024, this support expanded to a full-time research associate, further enhancing NSORG's research capacity.

This salary support has enabled NSORG to conduct extensive research. With dedicated staff, NSORG efficiently manages trials, analyses data, and publishes results in esteemed journals, ultimately improving patient outcomes.

By supporting these roles, the Foundation aids in NSORG's and the Mater’s reputation as an orthopaedic leader. The ongoing support highlights the Foundation's dedication to advancing orthopaedic care through research and innovation.
